Whether you are newly-diagnosed or have been managing bipolar disorder for years, our team is here for you. Our therapy services are focused on building resilience and giving you the tools for self-healing, so that you can continue to build your mental strength outside of our sessions.
At Shorelines, we believe that everyone should have access to superior mental health care. Our telehealth platform is designed to easily and securely connect with your healthcare professional, and many of our patients report that it is less stressful than coming into an office. Additionally, Shorelines can provide prescriptions for medication needs when advisable.
Our services are at the outpatient care level. Our providers are credentialed with many insurance companies (Cigna, United Health/Optum, Hometown Health, Aetna), and we can usually see new patients within 1-2 weeks.

Those who experience bipolar disorder may suffer from:
- Depression or feelings of hopelessness
- Extreme mood swings
- Changes to their sleep and activity schedules
- Irritability
- Intense emotions
- Many people with bipolar disorder don’t recognize or report these harmful and disruptive effects.
